Hidden Weight of Leading …

Friends often ask, “How can we pray for you?”

Our answer is simple and immediate:” Pray that we would have godly wisdom.”

This is our daily prayer because ZEELO is all about the Great Commission. And our role is to provide exceptional care to those serving among the Unreached — helping every global leader we serve remain fruitful and fulfilled in their calling for a lifetime.

Around the world — virtually and in person — we come alongside these leaders to encourage, connect, coach, shepherd, mentor, and resource them in meaningful ways. They are serving in some of the most remote and difficult places on earth. They are courageous. They are faithful — and they carry heavy responsibilities. The realities they face are significant. Health concerns — their own and sometimes their children’s. Leadership decisions that affect entire communities. Interpersonal tensions among co-laborers. Financial pressures. Spiritual opposition. The list is long.

When we sit across the table — or the screen — from these men and women, we know how essential it is that we rely on prayer, the Word of God, and the Holy Spirit. We don’t come to the table with easy answers. We are shepherds who desire to listen carefully, discern wisely, and speak with truth and grace.

Please pray that we would:

• Listen with humility

• Speak with clarity

• Discern what truly matters

• Encourage without minimizing

• Strengthen without overwhelming

Above all, pray that Christ would remain at the center of every conversation. This ministry is demanding. If we’re not careful, we could work around the clock. Yet it is also deeply hopeful. We see resilience. We see faithfulness. We see global leaders pressing forward with courage.
