ZEELO is a justice ministry …

Janell and I have served in full-time ministry for nearly four decades. Throughout those years, our desire has remained remarkably simple: to be faithful, obedient, and available to whatever God asks of us.

Along the way, the Lord brought remarkable people into our lives who encouraged us, challenged us, invested in us, and helped shape who we have become. Looking back, we see the impact of their influence. Their generosity of time, wisdom, and encouragement changed the trajectory of our lives.

Today, one of the greatest privileges we have is helping provide that same kind of care and investment to others.

Over the last ten years, our focus has increasingly centered on what we believe is one of the greatest injustices in the world today: while many of us have heard the Gospel twice (or more), billions of people have never heard it once! Talk about injustice!

This reality compels us.

It's also why ZEELO exists.

This entire ministry is built around a simple conviction: those who are taking the Gospel to the unreached deserve exceptional care.

Each day, we cross oceans, cultures, and time zones (virtually or literally) to spend time with global leaders who serve in some of the most difficult and isolated places on earth. Some are expatriates. Others are indigenous leaders. All are carrying significant responsibility. Many are doing so with little support and very few people asking how they are really doing.

What most people don't realize is how much has already been invested before a global worker ever arrives on the mission field.

Think about it: someone first hears God's call to mission and responds. They connect with a sending organization. They apply, interview, train, and prepare. They raise financial support. They say goodbye to family and friends. They obtain passports, visas, and vaccinations. They move across the world, learn a new language, adapt to a new culture, build new relationships, and begin serving in an unfamiliar (sometimes hostile) environment.

Many do all of this while raising children.

The process often takes years.

Then something happens.

Discouragement sets in.

Isolation grows.

Conflict emerges.

A marriage struggles.

A crisis develops.

A leader becomes exhausted.

Suddenly, years of preparation, sacrifice, prayer, training, and financial investment are in jeopardy.

Without care, some leave the field.

Without support, some walk away.

Without someone stepping in to help, the loss extends far beyond one individual or family. Ministries stall. Relationships disappear. Opportunities are lost. Entire communities may end up waiting decades before another worker arrives to begin the process all over again.

That is why ZEELO's ministry matters.

We provide encouragement, coaching, pastoral care, mentoring, practical assistance, and resources to leaders serving among the unreached. We help them navigate challenges, persevere through difficulties, strengthen their marriages, care for their souls, and remain effective for the long haul.

Quite frankly, it is one of the most strategic investments we can make.

Think of it this way: any business owner will tell you that retaining an existing customer is typically far easier and more effective than finding a brand-new one. The same principle applies to global missions.

When a leader who has already spent years preparing, relocating, learning, adapting, and building relationships receives the care they need to remain healthy and fruitful, the Kingdom benefits immeasurably.

Healthy leaders stay on the field longer.

Strong marriages endure.

Churches are planted.

Indigenous leaders are developed.

Unreached people hear the Gospel and respond.

Lives are changed for eternity.

Every sunrise I see from an airplane window, every dusty village I visit, every global leader I sit across the table from reminds me that God is at work in extraordinary places through ordinary people who have simply said "yes" to Him.

Thank you to every ZEELO Champion who helps us care for them.

Your generosity allows us to come alongside leaders who are carrying the Gospel to places most would never dare to visit. Together, we are helping ensure they remain healthy, fruitful and fulfilled for a lifetime.

And, just as the Apostle Paul wrote:

"But I do not account my life of any value nor as precious to myself, if only I may finish my course and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God." (Acts 20:24)
